One of the wisest books ever written about natural hygiene and especially about water fasting. Dr. Hazzard had decades of personal practice. Also contains a great deal of advice about handling children. Hazzard was heroic; in the early 1920s she was imprisoned for manslaughter after a fasting patient died while in her care. Undaunted, she immediately resumed her practice upon release.
